We reimagined the Tesseract II with a wider platform and a more pronounced rear kicktail for improved leverage, pop, and control. This edition also introduces a basalt layup not found on the standard Tesseract II, delivering a uniquely damp yet stiff ride ideal for gravity-fed pursuits.

A micro-drop platform locks you in with precision, while the directional single-kick shape keeps the deck downhill focused and freeride friendly. The maple-fiberglass-basalt construction amplifies stiffness and pop. The laser-cut 50-grit griptape and machined wheel wells inspire confidence at speed. The photochromic graphic shifts with the light—an evolving reminder that you’re riding something truly one-of-a-kind.

SUPERNOVA CURVATURES

Our Supernova mold (introduced with the Tesseract II) is a game changer for intuitive ergonomics and responsive pop. From big ollies to bluntslides, the tail provides precise leverage to defy gravity and hit unseen angles. A subtle “W” dip in the center, tub concave, and micro-drop ergonomically cradle your feet, making the board an extension of your body.

GRAVITY-FOCUSED ADAPTATIONS

Building on the iterative collaboration that shaped the Tesseract II, the SnubNose was conceived as a more focused tool for downhill and freeride. We added width where it matters to maximize stability and control at speed and removed the front kicktail to reduce weight and streamline the deck for gravity-driven riding.

BASALT FIBER COMPOSITE DESIGN

Built with six plies of maple, triaxial fiberglass, and a volcanic basalt bottom layer, the SnubNose delivers stiffness ideal for controlled downhill and freeride. Basalt offers a strength-to-weight ratio close to carbon fiber and is stiffer and stronger than fiberglass, providing reinforced stability with a smoother, more naturally damped ride than full carbon. As a 100% natural, recyclable material, basalt brings high performance with a lighter environmental footprint—paired with bio-based Entropy epoxy and machined wheel wells for a confident, composed feel at speed.
