Lifetime Warranty Policy

LOADED BOARDS LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY

Our Promise

Loaded Boards stands behind each and every one of our products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase upon receipt, please return the unused item to the original place of purchase or to Loaded Boards for a replacement or full refund.

Warranty Coverage

What’s Covered: Every new Loaded skateboard deck and snowboard is covered by a limited lifetime warranty for the original owner. This warranty protects against manufacturing and material defects.

Our Boards Are Meant to Be Ridden: We design our boards to handle regular skateboarding and snowboarding wear and tear. However, all products will eventually show signs of age and use.

What’s Not Covered

Normal Wear and Tear: Cosmetic issues, scratches, worn edges, and the natural breakdown of materials over time due to regular riding.

Misuse and Accidents: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, fires, the implosion of the sun, smashing into curbs, walls, Bactrian camels, or cars (our boards are not built to be bumper cars).

Alterations: Any modifications made by the owner that affect the board’s structure or intended use.

Unauthorized Purchases: Items bought from an unauthorized seller (e.g., Facebook, Craigslist, eBay, your neighbor’s lemonade stand, or a sketchy truck “sale”).

Exceptions Worth Noting: We do, however, have a sub-clause covering damage resulting from wildebeest migrations, meteor impacts, and/or Segway festivals.

Our Options

If your product is determined to be eligible for warranty service, Loaded Boards reserves the right to:

Repair the product, or

Replace it with the same model or a comparable model if yours is discontinued.

All warranty claims require proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, showing that you’re the original owner who bought the board from an authorized Loaded Boards dealer.
