30-Day " NO QUESTIONS ASKED" Return and Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to ensure a smooth return process. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the product.  The following conditions apply:

1. Notification Requirement

You must notify our team of your intention to return the product within 30 days of its delivery to your shipping address. Please contact us via email at dontwalk@loadedboards.com or our "contact us" form to initiate the return process.

2. Return Shipping Timeframe

After notifying us, you must return the unused product within 30 days.

3. Shipping Costs

For standard returns, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

For international orders, outbound export shipping costs, as well as any destination country duties and taxes, are non-refundable. You may be able to reclaim duties and taxes from your local customs authority.

4. Condition of Returned Products

The product must be returned in its original packaging and in as-new, unused condition.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund if the product meets the return criteria. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days of approval. Please allow 5-10 business days for your financial institution to deposit the funds into your account.

Non-Compliant Returns

Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded. You may request the product to be returned to you at your expense.
