Missing hardware.

"I like the bolts, but the price is on the high end, and it doesn't even include washers for the roadsizde of the board. Totally unacceptable at this price. People don't want to go buy silver washers from the hardware store when they paid for what is supposed to be a pack of necessary hardware to mount two trucks."
