"I got the Tanget bracket board has a basalt fiber layer in it almost like carbon fiber but volcanic rock to reduce vibrations and make it stronger/lighter i was skeptical ordered the board paris trucks o tang wheels definitely can feel the difference of road dampening and how stable it is and very easy to carry speed and carve/pump overall im addicted to this board to say the least couldnt recommend it more my first loaded board and wont be the last !!!"

It is a great board from cruising around town to covering miles and miles! I have the Paris/Dad Bod setup but I switch it out to surf skate on occasion. Smooooth riding thanks to the basalt layer inside and plenty of room on the platform. Super stable, low to the ground and did I mention room on the platform?? Great for everyone from beginners to advanced riders. Just get one and you’ll see what I mean!"

"The board is the most amazing I've ever ridden and its worth its price given the longevity of likely 10 years plus. I injured my knee and the ride height combined with the ultra flat and wide deck plus the curve up tips make for a deeply thoughtful and stable ride. I also own the Icarus and after my knee injury found the ride height and the upward curve of the deck to lack the stability, though its still a fast and fantastic ride. I wrote a longer review, but I was lost. All in all, this is the best. And get the 105 mm Dad Bods, my board literally self stands vertically. Great for speed and for not feeling every crack in the NYC streets."

- What is board height in the center, when mounted with Caguama? A comparison with Fathom would be interesting too. I assume the lower height from Tangent is, because of its rocker profile compared to Fathom's camber profile.
- You are absolutely correct! Slightly lower because of the rocker profile 0.4 inches (1cm), lower than the Fathom. Deck height from the ground: with 105mm Dad Bod's is 2.6 inches (6.6 cm). with 85mm Caguama it's 2.2 inches (5.6 cm).
